Returns & Refunds
We work to assure that every order from Main Street Honey Shoppe meets or exceeds your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com or call 604-879-6052.
We will deal with your concerns and provide a full refund if you are unhappy with any of your purchases. We love to hear any feedback you may have so that we can continue to improve our service to you.
If your product is damaged in shipping please make a claim within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please provide:
- invoice number and date of your order
- your name and contact information
- photo of damaged product and any external damage to shipping container.
The damaged product(s) will either be replaced or your money will be refunded.
Product returns after 7 days must be in saleable condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping both ways.
If we made an error in your order we will give you full credit or ship out a replacement at our cost. Please make these claims within 7 days of receipt of your order.
